M.Tam Massage Therapy & Structural Inegration

Before and after clients took part in the Structural Integration 12-series (or 3-series), photos were taken from the front, back and either side to document their postural changes throughout the process. Although “ideal posture” is quite variable from person to person, we are hoping to see the ankle, knee, hip, shoulders and ears in a fairly straight line. From the front and back, as evenly as the left and right sides are able to be divided symmetrically (through the head, torso, spine, hips and legs).

Each photo is only able to show part of the entire experience of Structural Integration. Some clients may not necessarily look better, but feel more energetic and light. These are a few things that we are unable to transmit through a photo.
